Dry-aged beef steaks from the Paradiž farm are at the heart of our offer. This farm, owned by the family of one of the restaurant's owners, is renowned for its beef, reared in a traditional, sustainable way. The cattle graze freely on the slopes of Pohorje, which gives the meat its tenderness, juiciness and flavour.
Our chefs carefully select the best cuts of meat and dry-age them to perfection. Dry ageing is a process where the meat is matured in controlled conditions for several weeks to improve texture, flavour and tenderness. The result is steaks that melt in the mouth and delight even the most discerning palate.
